Shipping policy

All sunglasses are shipped directly from the official factory. Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after successful payment. International transportation takes 7–14 working days to arrive, subject to local customs clearance and logistics efficiency. We will provide complete tracking numbers and real-time logistics updates throughout the whole process. Buyers shall be responsible for any local import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees incurred during international transportation. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs inspection, force majeure and other uncontrollable factors. We will continuously monitor the logistics status and assist customers in solving logistics problems during transportation.

All shipments to worldwide addresses are sent via our Standard service level. We estimate 7-14 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take longer.
